It is with sad regret that I need to advise that Bryan (POG) Cookson ex CPOCS and YS passed away early this morning Thursday, 27 September 2007 in Whangarei Hospital.  POG's funeral will be held at 1100 Monday, 1st October 2007.  Please check the NZ Herald for further details.  POG you will be sadly missed.

Bryan Douglas (Service No H14911 RNZN). Suddenly on 27 September, 2007 at Whangarei Hospital; aged 69 years. Dearly loved husband of Lorraine, loved father and fatherinlaw of Steve, Leanne and Wayne Ferris, Nikki and Greg Dennis (Australia). Treasured grandad of Rebecca, Julia and Samantha. All communications c/- Cookson Family, PO Box 8043, Kensington, Whangarei. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the Morris Funeral Centre, 17 Western Hills Drive, Whau Valley, Whangarei on Monday 1 October, 2007 at 11.00am followed by a private cremation.
